Volunteer Management
With Volunteer Management, we’re helping annual giving teams empower volunteers with real-time information to personalize outreach, track progress, and send a flood of information and gifts back to campus.
Interactions & Contact Report Search
You have thousands of contact reports in your database, each loaded with great information that often passes by unnoticed.
No longer.
You can import those contact reports into EverTrue where they become searchable interactions. Use the search bar in EverTrue to “google” prospects who have mentioned key campaign themes, favorite professors, or university leaders to help build campaign pipeline. You can even use hashtags in your contact reports to create easy searches for later use.
Giving Categories
We’re putting even more giving information into EverTrue to help you track past giving, segment appeals, and personalize future outreach.
We now allow you to import up to five giving categories, each of which appears on every constituent profile.
Constituent Relationships
Building strong relationships is the ultimate goal of every advancement office. To build strong relationships with constituents, you need to know everyone they’re related to!
We didn’t want you to have to dig through your database to find spouse, sibling, and child information, so we made some enhancements that let you import your existing relationship information to populate each constituent record with a family tree.
Content Image for Giving Pages
Our beautiful, mobile-optimized Online Giving pages were already amazing. Then we added even more enhancements so you can request more gift details or add custom information.
Our personal favorite? You can now add a second image in the foreground of every giving page. Use this mobile-responsive area to drive home why they should give, promote a challenge, or act as a “gift thermometer” during a giving day.
Facebook Events and Eventbrite
We want alumni relations and development teams to use the best, most shareable platforms to run events and increase attendance. So we developed new integrations with Facebook Events and Eventbrite.
You can now use EverTrue to see who is engaging with event-related content on Facebook and track registrations from both platforms. Event attendance then shows up on EverTrue profiles, helping you better understand the interests and engagements levels of every constituent.

EverTrue for Android
The EverTrue app is now available for download in the Google Play Store. With the app, you’ll easily access constituent profiles on the go, find prospects and visits, and collaborate with teammates from the palm of your hand. Use EverTrue on any device you own and love.

Alumni Community Web
Our new web-based version of EverTrue’s Alumni Community has everything you love about our original, famous app: career data from LinkedIn, user-friendly filters, map-based searching, and engagement data.
Now you have a web-based home for your alumni directory along with best-in-class apps for iOS and Android. Alumni Community Web is also mobile-responsive, so it works on every device from desktop to tablet to smartphone.

Mentors and Membership Card for Alumni Community
We added two more big improvements for Alumni Community. First, your alumni now self-identify on the web or iOS as mentors, indicating they’re willing to help fellow graduates with advice or networking. Other users can then search for nearby career mentors.
And now Alumni Community users can showcase their school pride with an in-app Alumni Card, available on iOS and Android. Use this digital ID to signify association membership, receive bookstore discounts, or gain admission to events.
