with a similar amount of the similar blank media material. Client warrants
that the videotape, film, photos, slides, music or any other media submitted
to Evertrue for processing is not protected by a third party copyright owner
or if protected, the client has obtained permission or has legal rights to
use them in our service. Client also agrees to protect and indemnify Evertrue
from any costs related to copyright infringement. All
