This is the story of Lisa Yu, a loyal donor who, despite expressing interest in giving back, had never received personal outreach from the University of Wyoming Foundation. Thanks to thoughtful outreach from Donor Experience Officer Doug Hammond, Lisa’s dream to give back finally became a reality. 

This documentary is a reminder of the stories of individual donors that can only be surfaced by scaling personalized donor engagement far deeper into the giving pyramid. It’s a story of finding peace, human connection, and the impact of our work as fundraisers.
