The EverTrue Book Club

As established in many of our posts, we’re wild about LinkedIn at EverTrue. While recently strolling along some of my favorite advancement groups on LinkedIn, including Alumni Futures, APRA, AASP, On Fundraising and of course, CASE, I noted a discussion post on recommended reading for those in alumni relations and development.

Inspired by this discussion board on LinkedIn, and the desire to fine tune fundraising skills, we are excited to launch The EverTrue Book Club!

Whether you are a senior class officer or a VP of Development, we hope that you can participate in our quarterly read. Our first book is a popular title that was mentioned on the CASE discussion thread, written by Russ Alan Prince and Karen Maru File, and is entitled “The Seven Faces of Philanthropy: A New Approach to Cultivating Major Donors.”

Join the discussion on Twitter each Monday afternoon with the hashtag #etbookclub for weekly prompts and thoughts!

Have an insight from your reading that you would like to share in our recap post? Have a title to suggest for our next book? Let us know at marketing@evertrue.com!
