For a long time, Regan saw the same problems we (at EverTrue) did: systems that didn’t talk to each other, inaccurate or stale data enrichment, poor user and mobile experiences, and complex workflows that hold back good fundraisers. Now, we have the opportunity to work together to fix some of fundraising’s biggest technology challenges so that more students can have access to education, and so that our partners can make progress in finding solutions for some of the world’s biggest problems.
I love this team. In addition to working with amazing customers, one of the best things about EverTrue is working alongside some of the most committed and talented people I’ve ever met.
Today, I have the pleasure of announcing a new addition to the EverCrew — someone I’ve admired for a long time as a thought-leader and innovator.
Regan Holt, formerly an advancement services leader at Northwestern and the co-founder and CEO of Uprising, has joined EverTrue! (You can read our announcement, or better yet, just listen to this podcast where Regan and I sit down for a fireside chat.)
For a long time, Regan saw the same problems we did: systems that didn’t talk to each other, inaccurate or stale data enrichment, poor user and mobile experiences, and complex workflows that hold back good fundraisers. At Uprising, Regan helped unite streams of information so teams could easily identify potential donors and increase major gift pipeline.
And now, we have the opportunity to work together to fix some of fundraising’s biggest technology challenges so that more students can have access to education, and so that our partners can make progress in finding solutions for some of the world’s biggest problems.
Regan will help lead future EverTrue integrations as we add more sources of information to our TrueView profiles. And she’ll help improve our search capabilities, putting more information into the hands of fundraisers. She will serve as our Senior Director of Product, and I am so excited for all that she will bring to our team and to this company.

Regan Holt is the former CEO of Uprising and current Senior Director of Product at EverTrue. While working in advancement services at Northwestern, Regan realized that there was a big need for modern, automated search and data aggregation tools for higher ed advancement. After building a reputation in the advancement space as an ultra-capable and collaborative data wizard, Regan founded Uprising, a platform with a Google-like interface for fundraising professionals to search for prospective donors based on their interests. Five years later, Regan’s inner data geek has found a new home at EverTrue, and we can’t wait to work with her to evolve fundraising through data technology.
