Fall into Exciting News!

The leaves are changing and the air is a little more crisp. Autumn is a season of transformation, and it’s no different here at EverTrue. We’re working harder than ever to help you maximize your efforts. So grab a mug of warm apple cider (or a PSL), and join us on this journey through all the fall goodness we have in store for you!

In this edition, we’re talking about:

  • Signal by EverTrue: The Donor Experience Platform (and how it will shape the future of fundraising)
  • How EverTrue is using generative AI to draft prospect summaries to help fundraisers and researchers work faster
  • Updates to the EverTrue experience on Android
  • And more!

Signal: the first-ever Donor Experience Platform

We unveiled Signal by EverTrue, the first Donor Experience Platform. Signal will empower fundraisers to reach more prospects and drive better results at every stage of the donor journey. From building pipeline to closing gifts, Signal by EverTrue guides activities for every fundraiser so they can focus on what matters most — building relationships and closing gifts.

We are so excited about Signal and we think you’re going to fall in love, too! (See what we did there?)

AI Profile Summaries

EverTrue uses generative AI to summarize donor profiles based on contact reports, past giving, wealth and career data, and more.

We first rolled this out for our 5-star iOS and Android apps and it’s now available on the web version of EverTrue.

Here’s the story… You’re working on what feels like an endless stack of donor profiles and your team is pulled in different directions, leaving you little time to complete the work.

We’ve got you covered. Head to EverTrue, find the constituents you need, and boom — AI summarizes all the information you need. It’s a donor highlight reel at your fingertips!

This is exactly what I was hoping for from AI. It’s opening up bandwidth for the rest of the team by consolidating information, synthesizing it, and putting it in a place where it’s easy for everyone to access. Now every gift officer or development associate has helpful, up-to-date prospect bios in their hands.”

Not seeing AI Profile Summaries?

We know every team is crafting its own policy when it comes to generative AI. With that in mind, we give you access to this new feature only when you give us the thumbs up. If you’re ready to start using AI-powered profile summaries, touch base with your CSM or genius@evertrue.com and we’ll get you up and running!

Customer Corner

You are at the heart of the work we do every day. You work hard to change lives and we love to highlight the great work you do.

This month we’re giving a shout-out to our friends at Memphis, who embraced change, took a deep dive into their data, and built a new engagement strategy.

The University of Memphis created its “Bold and Blue” presidential tour strategy by tapping into geographical, wealth, and career data to drive decisions; discover new prospects; invest in the most promising relationships; and open doors for major gift conversations along the way. Here’s how they did it.
