Inaugural Cohort
Customer Advisory Board membership is structured as a one-year engagement, designed to foster continuity, build trusted relationships, and enable meaningful dialogue among a small, highly engaged group of leaders. The intentionally limited cohort size ensures space for real conversation and substantive exchange.
- Beginning with a planned launch in April 2026, members will participate in a series of thoughtfully curated in-person and virtual roundtable sessions throughout the year. These engagements are designed to facilitate strategic discussion, share perspectives, and directly inform future direction.
- To ensure a valuable and impactful experience for all participants, members are expected to engage actively, contribute candid perspectives, and come prepared to participate in scheduled sessions. Members may also be invited to contribute to occasional surveys or working sessions that help shape priorities and outcomes across the advisory board.
