Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming how we work, live, and learn. In this session, we’ll explore how for-profit industries have embraced AI and where advancement should draw key lessons. We’ll dig into the ways advances in AI will fundamentally alter fundraising by enhancing efficiency, streamlining donor engagement, lowering costs, and giving institutional leadership real-time insights for better decision-making.

Via case studies from institutions at the forefront of leveraging AI for fundraising, we’ll show how AI is beginning to help universities identify and prioritize prospects, increase gift revenue, and ultimately drive more human-to-human connections.

Along the way, we’ll highlight best practices and real-world examples of how organizations — both inside and outside advancement — are using AI to achieve their goals. And we’ll discuss the challenges and ethical considerations that come with integrating AI into higher ed advancement.
