Customer Support Engineer
Customer experience is central to everything we do at EverTrue. In fact, we’re obsessed with providing each and every customer the very best service and support. Our Customer Support Engineers (CSE) help our customers by delivering extraordinary customer support experiences across many channels – voice, email, and web. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling to EverTrue’s prospective clients. The Inside Sales Representative will reach business targets through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and closing of new business.
Lead Front End Engineer
EverTrue continues to help our customers to “think outside their database” to recognize fundraising ROI. We are lucky enough to have hundreds of great customers with whom we are collaborating on building the future of nonprofit fundraising. We started as a mobile-first product, and are now enhancing our web offerings with several products currently in development.
