Customer Support Engineer
Customer experience is central to everything we do at EverTrue. In fact, we’re obsessed with providing each and every customer the very best service and support. Our Customer Support Engineers (CSE) help our customers by delivering extraordinary customer support experiences across many channels – voice, email, and web. We strive for building systems in such a way that lends credence to sustainability and resiliency. Part of our model is that backend developers own virtually everything including but not limited to, testing and operations. They run their own EC2 instances, monitoring, alerting, and testing.
